Rx. Saposhnikoviae Fang Feng 3g Expels Wind-Dampness, alleviates pain, dispels Internal Wind and stops spasms.
With Jing Jie, for Wind-Cold.
With Cang Zhu, for pain due to Wind-Dampness Bi with aching joints, heavy limbs and generalized aching discomfort.
Hb. Schizonepetae Jing Jie 3g Releases the Exterior, expels Wind, Dispels Internal Wind and relieves muscle spasms.
With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, for itching and tremors of the hands and feet from Wind due to Blood Deficiency.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 3g Invigorates the Blood, promotes the movement of Qi, expels Wind and alleviates pain.
With Dang Gui, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis.
with Fang Feng and Jing Jie, for headaches due Wind-Cold Invasion.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 3g Moderates spasms, alleviates pain, moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs and guides the herbs to all twelve channels.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 6g Invigorates and harmonizes the Blood and disperses Cold.
With Chuan Xiong, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis.
Rz. Atractylodis Cang Zhu 10g Induces sweating, expels Wind-Dampness and clears Dampness from the Lower Jiao.
Per. Zanthoxyli Chuan Jiao 10g Warms the Middle Jiao, disperses Cold, dispels Dampness and alleviates pain.
Rx. Sophorae Flavescentis Ku Shen 6g Disperses Wind, clears Heat and dries Dampness.
Cx. Phellodendri Huang Bai 6g Drains Damp-Heat especially from the Lower Jiao.
With Cang Zhu, eliminates Dampness and clears Heat for Lower Jiao Damp-Heat with pain, swelling, and weakness in the lower limbs and regulates painful obstruction in the legs and knees.
